New Jersey Home Features Halloween Display Inspired by OG Anunoby’s Game-Winning Tip-In

As the new NBA season approaches, New York Knicks fans are still celebrating their team’s remarkable championship victory over the San Antonio Spurs this past summer. One creative fan in Tenafly, New Jersey, has transformed his Halloween decorations into a homage to OG Anunoby’s memorable Game 4 tip-in that was pivotal in securing the Knicks’ series lead.

The front yard features a 12-foot skeleton clad in a jersey of Spurs’ Victor Wembanyama, symbolizing the defensive moment against Finals MVP Jalen Brunson. Nearby, other skeletons are positioned around a basketball hoop, with one adorned in an Anunoby jersey performing the iconic tip-in, while another in a Brunson jersey appears to make a jump shot. Additionally, fans like Timothee Chalamet, Spike Lee, and Taylor Swift are represented among the skeletons as part of the decorations. A sign stating, “The tip-in that did the Spurs in,” alongside a scoreboard displaying the 106-105 score, completes this festive tribute to a significant moment in Knicks history.
