On Wednesday, the attorney general of New Mexico, Raul Torrez, filed a lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein’s attorney, Darren Indyke, and accountant, Richard Kahn, alleging they concealed Epstein’s sex trafficking operation, which took place at Zorro Ranch near Santa Fe. The lawsuit aims to prevent Indyke and Kahn from receiving any funds from Epstein’s estate, which holds over $100 million.
Torrez asserted that Indyke and Kahn were aware of sexual abuse involving minors at the ranch, though both have previously testified to Congress claiming ignorance of such activities. The attorney general emphasized that the resources from Epstein’s estate should be allocated to the survivors of his abuses. Epstein died by suicide in a federal jail in 2019, awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
