Joining the Tony Award-winning musical’s cast, Williams is partnered with actress Gina Torres and musician José “Candelita” Iglesias, a former Major League Baseball player. Taking inspiration from true stories and the acclaimed 1997 Grammy-winning album, Buena Vista Social Club showcases the musicians behind the album and delves into their experiences within the vibrant music scene of Havana. The production features a diverse Afro-Cuban band alongside a dynamic ensemble of actors, singers, and dancers, and is performing at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre, located at 236 West 45th Street, New York City.
