Kash Patel Calls for Apology from MS NOW Over Erroneous Report of Visit to Russia

Kash Patel, the FBI Director, is urging MS NOW to provide more than just a correction following the network's false claim that he had arrived in Russia.

Kash Patel demands MS NOW apologize after network's false report claiming FBI director visited Russia

Kash Patel, the FBI Director, is urging MS NOW to provide more than just a correction following the network’s false claim that he had arrived in Russia. In a post on X, Patel clarified that he was in Virginia attending a law enforcement event at Liberty University, not in Russia as reported. The network’s initial report was based on two anonymous sources, which Patel described as a significant verification error.

Patel highlighted the importance of accurate reporting for the law enforcement community and emphasized that MS NOW owes apologies not only to him but also to the FBI and the American people. MS NOW issued a correction after Patel’s response and acknowledged their mistake on air. The network’s anchor, Peter Alexander, previously announced on-air that Patel had landed in Russia, citing concerns from FBI sources regarding his supposed meetings there.
