The competitive balance among college teams is more pronounced than we’ve seen in a long time, showcasing intriguing talent and thrilling matchups.

This week, the focus will be on positions crucial to the Giants’ roster: Safety, Defensive Tackle, and Running Back. In the matchup between Auburn and (18) LSU, keep an eye on Ty Benefield, a safety who has the size and versatility to make a significant impact. Benefield boasts impressive stats this season and is projected as a Day 2 pick.

In the clash between South Carolina and (11) Tennessee, don’t miss Xavier Gilliam, a disruptive defensive tackle whose performance has quickly elevated him on draft boards. Lastly, C.J. Baxter from Kentucky, despite injury concerns, could be an appealing addition for the Giants’ backfield after showing promise and athleticism in his comeback.
